Kim Martino is a native Houstonian, residing in Sugar Land since 1985. After graduating from Kempner High School, she attended Bradford School of Business. Kim has a very diverse background of work experience. She has worked for a market research firm that conducted market analysis for big companies like Exxon, Carl’s Jr and Pennzoil. She also worked for a Real Estate Development Company that focused on Senior Living Facilities as well as a local Mortgage Company. This is where her passion for the Real Estate Business started.
Kim received her real estate license in 2009 and joined Nancy Benevides’ team. Being a native Houstonian Kim is very familiar with the metropolitan area. She works very closely with buyers and sellers to ensure a smooth process. In 2013 Kim received the Certified Negotiation Expert designation, only 2% of Realtors in the nation hold this certification. Her Houston Association of Realtors client experience rating is 4.94 out of 5 stars. This rating is sent to ALL her past clients and is ranked by communication, market knowledge and overall experience, her clients believe that she is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
Kim has been married to her husband Derrick for 14 years, they have 4 children. Kyle is a graduate from Austin High School and is currently attending Wharton County Junior College. Her only daughter Madelyn is in 7th grade and she is involved in several school activities and gymnastics. Jack is in kindergarten and loves to play sports. Jack’s favorite past time is throwing the football or baseball with his dad, or riding his bike. Lucas is the youngest, he is in pre-school, he also plays t-ball and enjoys riding his scooter.
Kim is involved in a monthly Bunco group and a ladies neighborhood group. She also spends her time volunteering at her children’s school.
